We want you to be completely delighted with your Sara Miller home collection; however, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original designer packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
